【principle】
the reagent is used to detect the hcg in urine according to the principle of double antibody clamp method.the hcg being tested in specimen and colloidal gold marked anti-hcg-α monoclonal antibody to form compound firstly,then the compound along the membrane to the upper by capillary action.when reaching the testing line,it combines with anti-hcg-β monoclonal antibody coated in detection zone, it is positive results if the red band appears, it is negative results if not. 
【main components】
1. the basic composition of the strip is sample pad,colloidal gold marked pad, nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper and pvc board.the solid phase of colloidal gold marked pad have hcg-α monoclonal antibody,hcg-β monoclonal antibody coated in nitrocellulose membrane test line,and the sheep mouse igg antibody coated in control line.

【storage and expiry】
store at room temperature 4-30 ℃, avoid hot and sunshine, dry place, not frozen, valid for 24months. in hot summer and severe winter should take certain precautions to avoid heat or freeze thawing. the reagent should be used within one hour when the inner packaging is opened
