2. main configuration
(1) die-head
ø raw material: the die head is made by stainless steel s136h or high qualityalloyed steel 38crmoaia with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.
ø production: it is manufactured by high precision cnc center, resulting highestquality and best performance of this part.
ø working: melting plastic out of the extrusion system is  dividedthrough  the core parts of die-head, distributed by the die-head channel to become shaped sections.
(2) extruder screw & barrel
ø raw material: adopt 38crmoaia alloy steel.
ø treatment: after nitrogen treatment, it has high rigidity, good anti corrosiveperformance  and  is  rather  durable.，with  nitrogen  surface hv≥800   ，
brittleness≤2.
ø design: according to different raw material, using corresponding design, inorder to maximize the capacity of plasticizing and ensure the uniform mix during melting process.
(3) drive system
ø adopting the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface deceleratordriving,
ø saving power, lower noise, balanced and stablescrew rotation.
ø ensure accuracy during extrusion process and longevityof equipment.
(4)clamping system :
ø double tie-bar, clamping by hydraulic cylinders
ø the clamping unit adopts clamp-style with two platens, forced by hydrauliccylinder at the bottom. this special structure ensures the rigid feature of the platen and in order to keep the even of force forward on the mould.
(5) automatic trimming:
ø pushing trimming: for the scrap around the neckor handle.
ø bottom trimming: for the scrap at the bottomof bottle.
ø the machine equipped with automatic trimming system, resulting saving the laborcost at least 75% for one machine and guarantee the good quality continuously.
ø if the product has special design or features, tonva company can provide specialtrimming design for customer.
(6) plc and hmi
ø adopting plc to control the action program of thewhole machine;
ø adopting hmi for communication, parameter setting, modification and picturedisplay; every parameter could be set and modified directly with the complete obstacle self-diagnosing function, menu operated directly and conveniently.
ø the process of production can be changed easily by special programming, in orderto meet the different kinds of requirements.
(7) temperature controlling
ø temperature is precision controlled by pid and pwm with plcfor centralized heating control.
ø the heating zone is multiple and independent, work with fan cooler and watercooling.
(8) cooling system
ø mould: water cooling for the mould, to keep the mould atsuitable temperature.
ø throat feed zone in barrel: also equipped with water cooling, in order  toprevent overheating.
ø barrel: fan cooler for the heating zones, to keep temperature atsetting level
(9)  electric system
ø adopt ac contactor and thermal overloadprotection relays
ø adopt solid state and auxiliary relay
ø equip  cooling fans to control the temperature
ø adopt earth line for safe.
