make everyday a spa day with the gel eye mask! now you can soothe, invigorate and revitalize your eyes in just 20 minutes! apply a warm mask to relieve sinus pressure and rension headaches, or apply a cool mask to soothe tired, puffy eyes.
for cold relief: insert eye mask into a clean sealed bag and store in refrigerator. for faster cooling, place in freezer 10-20 minutes. on sensitive skin, place light cloth or paper towel between mask and skin.
for warm relief: soak eye mask in warm water for 5-10 minutes, then gently palce on closed eyes.

适用范围：

使用方法：                                                             
冷敷：将冷热袋放入冰箱冷冻室预冷60分钟以上即可使用。
热敷：将冷热袋放入微波炉内（中火），每次使用加温时间在90秒钟内，若连续使用，第二次加温在60秒内。
特性：
本品冷热两用，使用简易，冷敷时袋体在-10℃以下仍保持柔软，并可在冷热交替重复循环使用。
