【磁铁矿滤料简介】
磁铁矿滤料呈棕褐色颗粒状，是三层滤料滤池的必备材料，目前我们生产的磁铁矿滤料是由含铁40-42%的磁铁矿中精选而成的。它具有过滤速度快、截污能力强、使用周期长等特点。适用于管式大阻力配水系统，在三层滤料中通常与无烟煤、石英砂滤料配合，是我国目前较好的配料程序。它属重质滤料，反冲洗时不易混层、对改进承托层和配水系统有着良好的适应能力。它滤速可达30-40米／时，是多层滤池中不可少的滤料，此外，它的除铁、除锰、除氧效果也很明显。
明悦磁铁矿滤料外观呈球状，机械强度高，不含有毒有害物质，比重4.5g/cm3，容量2.95g/cm3莫氏硬度8。磁铁矿滤料由于使用的颗粒粒径小，在双层(多层)滤料过滤中都是起着处理水质把关的作用，因此磁铁矿滤料质量是否合格直接关系到水处理的水质。磁铁矿滤料常用规格：0.25-0.5mm，0.5-1.0mm，1-2mm，2-4mm，4-8mm等。

2、赤铁矿为无水氧化铁矿石，其化学式为fe2o3，理论含铁量为70%。赤铁矿含铁量一般为50%～60%，含有害杂质硫和磷比较少，还原较磁铁矿好，因此，赤铁矿是一种比较优良的炼铁原料。
3、褐铁矿是含水氧化铁矿石，是由其他矿石风化后生成的，在自然界中分布得广泛，但矿床埋藏量大的并不多见。一般褐铁矿石含铁量为37%～55%，有时含磷较高。褐铁矿的吸水性很强，一般都吸附着大量的水分，在焙烧或入高炉受热后去掉游离水和结晶水，矿石气孔率因而增加，大大改善了矿石的还原性。
4、菱铁矿为碳酸盐铁矿石，化学式为feco3，理论含铁量48.2%。在自然界中，有工业开采价值的菱铁矿比其他三种矿石都少。菱铁矿很容易被分解氧化成褐铁矿。一般含铁量不高，但受热分解出co2以后，不仅含铁量显著提高而且也变得多孔，还原性很好。
