用途:
0.2-0.8mm用于油田石油压裂支撑剂、提高出油率。0.8-1.21.0-2.0mm用于瓷土,重钙深加工过程的分散剂。2.0-3.03.0-4.04.0-5.05.0-6.0用于化工、染料、油漆、油墨生产中的砂磨机中得分散剂。耐磨性玻璃微珠使用过程中具有强韧性、不破碎、使用效果好的特点。
使用说明:
1、根据研磨物料的粘度、硬度、分散粒径大小以及研磨要求,选择相应品种、规格和数量的玻璃珠。
2、研磨前,清洗玻璃珠和研磨机筒内壁。
3、先把需研磨的物料装入研磨机筒内,然后放入适量的玻璃珠。研磨机运行后,再逐渐添入玻璃珠。填装量一般为研磨机筒体容积的70%—85%。
4、切勿让玻璃珠在研磨机缺料的条件下长时间运行。否则,玻璃珠在高速运转的研磨机内易被击碎。
5、研磨机运行一段时间后,要适量补充玻璃珠,以保证研磨的质量和效能

directions for use:
